Yinuo(b.2000，China) graduated with a BFA in Fine Art at Slade School of Fine Art in 2023, she is now currently doing her MA at The Royal College of Art.
In Yinuo's paintings, she tries to focus on the umbilical cord of life. The female body is used as a medium to inform the entirety of life, exploring the continuity and maintenance of species, ecosystems, and balance. Yinuo is influenced by the Taoist doctrine and believes the phenomenal world is not linear but circular.
Yinuo sees her way of painting as an act of translation. To Translate the internal or literal into the external and visual. In addition, she works to give visual form to inner feelings, memories, narratives, and spaces in the mind. She thinks the figurative gives way to an expanded sensibility that verges towards abstraction as sensorial space.
